Mir's Got A Question & A Recommendation

The Question:

How come THE LEGEND OF THE FIREFISH has a release date of March 1, 2007, but when I go to amazon.com to order my copy, it says ships in 4 to 6 weeks?

Not to be a noodge (okay, yeah, I am being a noodge), but this is NOT good for the book or author. Harvest House needs to look into that. It's either out and should be available, or it's not out and should be up for pre-order. Hmmmm.

Edited to Add: Christianbook.com says the book will be available 3/15/07. So, if amazon.com doesn't alter their timeline on delivery, you can also order it online via CBD. But order it! SUPPORT YOUR CHRISTIAN FANTASISTS!

The Recommendation:

I'm about to tell you to go pre-order a novel I haven't read yet. I do this based on how good the previous two novels by Chris "Nifty" Well were.

TRIBULATION HOUSE releases in April. ORDER IT NOW! The Mir says so.

A blurby:

IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD—WHICH COULD BE A PROBLEM...

Mark Hogan has it all. The job. The family. A position on the board at church. All he’s missing is a boat. Not just any boat—a 2008 Bayliner 192.

When Reverend Daniel Glory announces that the Rapture is taking place on October 17 at 5:51am, Hogan realizes his boat–buying days are numbered. So he does what any man in his situation would do—he borrows a load of money from the mob.

Not that there’s any risk involved: After all, when the Rapture comes, Hogan will be long gone. The mob will never find him.

But when Jesus fails to come back on schedule, Mark Hogan finds the mob is in no mood to discuss the finer points of end–times theology...

And since you're over there pre-ordering, anyway, why not also put TITANS OF CHAOS in your pre-order? I know that these are two books I've been anticipating for months!
